2. No cookies, no analytics

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content; the font is served from our own server. Links to other websites (e.g. vne.it or vectis.bezkordoniv.com) are only requested when you click them.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.

4. Request form and e-mail

The request form does not send any data to our server. After submitting, your e-mail program opens with a prepared message; we only receive your details once you send that e-mail. We process them to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority where you live.
